Since 2001, we are also offering prefabrication services, in workshop conditions, of pipelines for standpipe and sprinkler fire protection systems.

Prefabricated pipes are manufactured in accordance with VdS standard, both for threaded and grooved pipelines.

Prefabrication includes a complete range of services:

• custom cutting of pipes,
• grooving and threading of pipes in order to allow the use of couplings by reputable manufactures,
• drilling of holes for outlet fittings,
• welding of  fittings (grooved or threaded) in accordance with the VdS certificate possessed by our company,
• anti-corrosion protection of pipes,
• supply of prefabricated pipelines to the place of installation/construction site.

Depending on Client’s preferences and requirements, we perform prefabricates from our own steel pipes or from pipes supplied by the Client.

In 2011 we opened our own powder coating unit and now we are able to apply powder paints on piping elements.

Upon a client’s request, prefabricates may also be galvanized.

Prefabricated piping elements are marked and packed in a manner which allows easy identification. Deliveries are made directly by our company to the client’s construction site, in accordance with a time schedule which takes into account what and when is needed at the construction site. 

Depending on client’s individual needs, the scope of our services may be extended by the supply to the construction site of:

• pipe connection elements  ,
• suspension systems for piping - pipe hanger system ,
• technical elements of fire protection systems (e.g sprinklers, fittings, alarm valves etc.)

Any equipment and material supplied by our company have the necessary acceptance, certificates and technical approvals for use in civil engineering (Polish standard, ITB, CNBOP, VdS, FM, NFPA and other).
